How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When I was downsized in 1990, I changed careers and started writing and consulting. Today I have a total of 10 books on 4 different platforms, available on Amazon, bookstores and on several ebook platforms including Kindle, Nook and Smashwords. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am passionate about being creative. I incorporate creativity in all that I do and it shows when working with clients, teaching art journaling classes, and my finished works of art. When working with writers and authors, my background in book publishing helps them navigate the publishing business. My publishing background as a former President of Colorado Independent Publishers Association adds to my knowledge base in the book business. The late Dan Poynter was my publishing mentor.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Originally from Southern New Jersey, I spent 20 years living in Denver, Colorado where I first became serious about writing and publishing. In 2001, after spending 20 years in Denver, I relocated to the Philadelphia area to care for an aging parent, spending 12 years living on the Philadelphia Mainline in Berwyn. In 2015 I relocated to Melbourne, Florida after my mother passed (she lived to age 100). Any plans to expand consists of additional published books, teaching art journaling and book consulting, now that Melbourne is my permanent home.

I am the owner and wear many hats... well, I wear ALL the hats! :)
