Maintaing and caring for homes while owners are away. Welcome home services provide the owner with preparing the home for their return. The returing home owner needs just to open the door and their home is ready for them to use.(A real turn key service.) HGPS,LLC is here for our customers and we really care. We provide preventative care and project management for you home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Article in Yankee magazine in New England.( many years ago ) Both partners are retired and are interested in maintaining snow birds or unoccupied homes as we maintain our own home.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Personalized services, ON SITE inspections , caring for one's property, managing projects, and we are bonded, licensed insured. We have develop a high trust and quality standard with each of our customers. HGPS,LLC is the home owner's eyes ears and feet here for ooour customers while being away. Providing constant contact with the customer about their property. Our focus is being preventative and hold down un-expected costs for the home owner. HGPS,LLC places the customer's needs first. Our motto: We care about maintaining your property.

One main office location. As our business grows, we would plan on expanding to other locations.
