How long have you been in business?
I have provided family services to Brevard county residents for the past 12 years.
What is your primary product or service?
I provide mental health counseling services including; individual with specific issues, families in conflict, blended families,adolescent and preteen issues, divorce recovery and more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After many years of counseling families in distress I had to accept that not all families can heal and remain intact. I searched for a way to make the transition through divorce and into a new lifestyle better. Most especially for the children who do not have a sense of security during the transition and, sadly, often not afterward.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are many family court mediators who can take a couple through the mechanics of divorce. As an experienced family therapist I offer the additional benefit of emotional support and helping parents focus on the best future for their children through the mediation process. As an approved parenting coordinator I am able to guide parents through a parenting plan that will address the children's needs through adulthood...not just the next year.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have just one location from which I work in Satellite Beach. Overhead would push my services financially out of reach for many families, and traveling takes away time from clients. As for expansion, I hope to add parenting support services outside the divorce arena. Some families just need a good referee once in a while to get the family back together and functioning.

I am located in the OCEANVIEW OFFICE BUILDING at 476 Highway A1A in Satellite Beach Florids. The building is just north of Berkley street when coming up from the south and one traffic light south of the Pineda Causeway.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept local checks and, of course, money. I am not set up for charges as they add cost to the clients bill. I also have a cost reduction plan for families who financially cannot afford service of mediation and/or parenting coordinator.
Which areas do you service?
I serve all of Brevard county and can travel to any Florida city where I am needed.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
That's the nice part! It is all me. I have the best boss and the most reasonable staff possible.
What are your hours of operation?
Sessions are scheduled between 9:00AM and 6:00PM. Therapy sessions are set for 1 1/2 hours. Mediation and Parenting Coordinator sessions are scheduled in blocks of three hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That I have made a positive difference in their life. Next would be that they would trust me to help someone they know and love.

Psalm 33: Sing joyfully to the Lord...sing to Him a new song and shout for joy.
