How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Blue Ribbon Catering is known for its superb quality of food and professional staff. All of our food is handmade fresh to order for each individual event. Each and every client is given unlimited personal attention and treated with courtesy and respect. We go above and beyond with our clients, never rushing them, and offer all of our expertise and experience that has been accumulated in our 12 years in the catering business. Our customers happiness and satisfaction is our #1 priority.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Blue Ribbon Catering is not a "chain", we only have one location. We are located in the Italian American Club of Sebastian. We cater many events there but the majority of our events are off site at our clients requested locations. Having our Commissary at the Italian American Club also allows us to keep our overhead down which keeps our prices down, and our clients certainly don't mind that!! Our overall presentation will keep your guests smiling...

The best compliment anyone can give me is to ask me for one of my recipes and then of course, "everything was totally awesome, as usual!" and "you can just set that whole tray right down here in front of me..."
