How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Nancy Borron has been involved in the restaurant business since a child with her parents Pizzeria in Mendon Massachusetts. She attended Fanning trade High School and studied culinary arts. After graduating from school she worked at the famed El Morocco restaurant in Worcester Massachusetts for the Abooty family. Moving to Florida in the early eighties she opened the Pasta Factory in Vero Beach. After clothing that restaurant she went to work for Disney Orlando Florida. In 1992 Nancy met her husband Stuart and started a new venture in St.Louis Michigan at the Michigan livestock Exchange opening a breakfast lunch and dinner resturant. Finding the weather on the cold side move back to Florida and open Stuart Bistro in 1993 in Micco Florida 10 miles south of their current location.
